Lashes come close to your eyes. That's why we can only take back unopened products in their original, sealed packaging.
How to return something

Register your return
Send an email to info@eufra.com with your order number and which product you're returning.

Pack the product
Put the unopened product in its original packaging and place it in a sturdy box.

Send the parcel
We'll send you the return address. Keep your proof of postage.

Within 5 working days of receipt we refund the amount via your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item?
We'll sort it out. Send a photo of the product and packaging within 48 hours of receipt. You'll get a free replacement or a refund, and we cover the return costs.
