In the Netherlands your order arrives tomorrow if you order before 4 pm on a working day. Belgium takes 1–2 working days.

Shipping is free from €50 and with every starter pack. Below that it's €6.95 in the Netherlands and €9.95 in Belgium.

Yes, within 30 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons we only accept unopened products in their original, sealed packaging.

Within 5 working days after we receive your return, via your original payment method.

Send us a photo of the product and packaging within 48 hours of receipt. You'll get a free replacement or a refund.

The first few times may take some practice. In the Lash Guide you'll see step by step how to separate, identify and place the lashes with the applicator.

The magnetic upper and lower lash close around your own lashes and spread the grip across the lash.

No, the Fixer is optional. It gives your own lashes extra structure before applying; you can also use the magnetic lashes without it.

Yes. EUFRA lashes are designed as one size fits all for different eye shapes. FlexMag™ technology uses a flexible magnetic band that follows the natural curve of your eye for a comfortable, secure fit.

You don't need lash glue, so no glue comes near your eyes. If you still notice irritation, take the lashes off and consult a doctor if in doubt.

Gently separate the lash parts and clean them with the EUFRA Eyelash Cleanser. Let them dry, then store them in the case.

With good care you can reuse the lashes for about 3 to 6 months.

Keep them dry in the storage case. That way they keep their shape and the magnets stay clean.
