These terms apply to every order you place in the Eufra online store.
Who we are
Eufra is a trade name of Aurenda B.V.
Applicability
These terms apply to every offer from Eufra and to every agreement made through the online store. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Offer and prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding.
Order and agreement
The agreement is made once you have completed and paid for your order. You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away.
Payment
You can pay with iDEAL, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, Shop Pay and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay). Klarna's own terms also apply when paying with Klarna.
Delivery and shipping costs
We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. Order before 4 pm on a working day and it arrives the next working day in the Netherlands. Belgium takes 1–2 working days.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the parcel has been delivered.
Right of withdrawal
You have 30 days to change your mind after receiving your order. Because lashes come close to your eyes, for hygiene reasons we only accept unopened products in their original, sealed packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost. Once received, we refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.

Warranty and complaints
Our products meet the agreement and reasonable expectations. Is your product damaged or the wrong item? Report it within 48 hours of receipt with a photo via info@eufra.com. You'll get a free replacement or a refund.
You can email other complaints too. We reply within 14 days.
Using the products
Always follow the instructions. Stop using them if you notice redness or irritation, and don't use the products with an eye infection. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Intellectual property
All texts, photos, videos and designs on this website are owned by Aurenda B.V. and may not be used without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in Belgium, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of Belgian consumer law.
